 Our client was producing ever increasing commercial lending volume without understanding  the whole client profitability on a risk and capital adjusted basis. They were chasing volume  instead of shareholder value. In a rapidly challenging credit environment, not understanding  risk and capital impact to profitability can be deadly.

 Solution
 We created a team of Bankers and designers to develop a solution to provide the Bankers  with the information they need, the way they want it, to maximize their clients’ profitability and  grow new profitable relationships. We created a transparent, accurate, detailed information  environment where one can easily navigate and understand risk and capital adjusted  profitability from the CEO’s portfolio down to an individual client’s product. We then aligned  the Banker's incentive to reward improving client profitability.
